What Causes Vaginal Itchiness And Soreness?

a 66 year old lady ihave not been sexually active since my husband passed away 11 years ago for the past few months ihave been expierencing soreness and a very itchy clitoris I have no discharge ihave tried Lanocane and treatment for thrush all to no avail please help
