What Causes Vaginal Itching And Burning Sensation?

sometimes my vagina itches most of the time its like a burning feeling. lately it's been burning every time i use the bathroom. i've been treated for multiple uti's but nothing ever sticks for long. i do have small bumps in my vagina but i've always had them long before i became sexually active. could this be an std or is my ph balance just way off?
