What Causes Vaginal Itching And Discomfort With Discharges?

For the past few days I have had severe itching and discomfort on my vagina. It s sore to touch and the labia minora are red and a bit swollen. I also noticed that I have some fleshy spots at the vagina entrance, some of which appear to have white heads (or something of that sort) on them. There are quite a lot of these spots at the vaginal entrance. I also have a thick discharge. I m curious whether this is thrush, or could it be something more? The fleshy spots are the part that are confusing me, as the rest of my symptoms appear to be classic thrush symptoms. Thank you.
