What Causes Vaginal Itching And Heavy Discharge?

hi dr, i am 27yrs old.i dont have menstration for 6months.. my dr prescribed me duphaston, im taking the table for 5days, then i have bleeding for just a night after the next day the bleeding stops... im experiencing vaginal itchiness and heavy discharge.. do i need to take it seriously? thanks.. glay
