What Causes Vaginal Itching And The Frequent Urge To Urinate?

I am just wondering what is wrong with me . . . for the past year Ive had intense vaginal itching, urgent need to urinate, and no desire to be sexually active or engage in sexual intercourse. When i do have sex, it sometimes hurts, and afterwards when I urinate, it burns. I ve been given ointments for yeast infections, have come out negative for STD s, and dont know what else it could be . . . its really aggravating, especially when i can t sit through a movie, and have to go every hour-hour 1/2 . . . please help!!

Hello dear
I understand your concern
I think you are suffering from the urinary tract infection.
I would suggest to consult the urologist and undergo urine routine, microscopic and culture.
Doctor will give following advises:
Tablet septran DS
Tablet nitrozolium and pyridium
Syrup cital
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pine apple
Wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 times per day and then apply apple cidar vinegar.
Use V vaginal wash to maintain proper pelvic hygiene.
