What Causes Vaginal Itching While Suffering From Hemorrhoids?

Hi, I had quite bad haemorrhoids for a week with internal and external ones which are slowly getting better and seemed to have given me pain in whole female area given size of external haemorrhoids. I am currently suffering from quite bad itchiness and discomfort all the time in whole female area and some small hard lumps on my vagina opening which I have had before and have gone before when I ve had thrush previously. I have taken thrush treatment and think whole thing made worse as it was my time of month. Can I assume that itching will get better as haemorrhoids clears.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Vaginal itching what you are experiencing could be due to infection and may not be directly linked to hemorrhoids.
Kindly do the following to overcome the same.
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. Apply anti-fungal medication Fluconazole as a single dose vaginal pessary.
3. Take a course of Tablet.Metronidazole orally.
4. Take Tablet.Levocetirizine once a day to overcome itching.
5. Use vaginal pH balancing solution like 'v wash' regularly.
6. Wear loose fitting undergarments to avoid friction and to provide proper ventilation.
Maintain good personal hygiene. Gradually, your symptoms should subside and get better.
