What Causes Vaginal Itching While Suffering From Pityriasis Rosea?

about 3/4 years ago I had a rash which my doctor told me was pityriasis rosea, it was mild compared to some of the pictures I had seen on the internet and I had the herald spot. I am now noticing the same patches again across my stomach and thighs, but no herald spot that I have noticed. My whole body seems to be itching at the moment even where I do not have the spots. Also I am experiencing vaginal intching as well - is it possible that this is linked or could it be something else? The pityriasis rosea last time was fine and certainly bearable but my concern is now the viginal itching. Can you help please!
