What Causes Vaginal Itching, White Discharge And Redness In Outer Vaginal Area?
I recently went in and got a yeast, bv, gonnohrea, and chlamydia test done and it all came back negative but I am still having vaginal itching, white discharge from the vagina, and my outer vaginal area is red and irritated. I am wondering what could be going on?
Hello dear I understand your concern Your symptoms could be due to contact dermatitis, lichen planus. I would suggest go consult dermatologist and undergo clinical examination, sin biopsy if needed to confirm cause. Following treatment will help you Single dose of fluconazole + azithromycine + tinidazole to cover all type of infection. Apply candid B ointment for 7 days Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar Maintain proper pelvic hygiene by using v vaginal plus wash Wear pure cotton loose inner and keep the area clean and dry Avoid chemical cosmetics and perfumed soap, douching and tight clothing. Drink plenty of water and eat healthy diet with lots of green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits Hope this may help you
Contact further if follow up needed Best regards Dr. Sagar
