What Causes Vaginal Itching With A Labia Minora Spot?

Hello, i really need someone to advice me, let me tell something about myself, im 20+ and im sexually active,having intercourse atleast once a week, im having extremely itchy vagina i cant figure out what the problem actually is, cuz sometimes my vagina burns like hell but for some days it disappears and then itching starts, i saw my labia minora and found a minute white spot (very minute) on each side, i tried to remove it from my finger but it isnt going and its itchy too. i feel burning when i pee (burning during pee inst that often), when i use hair removing cream, when i clean my vagina with a soap, esp with the soap it hurts alot :-( and the itch is so severe sometimes that my labia swell, i dont want to go to a gyneacologist, please please please help me what it actually is, is it a serious problem? waiting desperately
