What Causes Vaginal Itching With An Abnormal Anal Area Growth?

I noticed today that I have a flappy piece of skin between my anus and vagina. It hurts when I go to the bathroom only when go poop. I m not sure if that is normal. Also it hurts when I wipe my bottom. My vagina has been itchy. I thought I had a yeast infection but I don t think I do. What can be wrong with me.
