What Causes Vaginal Itching With Odor And Bleeding?

hi. My vagina is very itchy, wet, there is also a strong smell, and i have bleeding spots on my panties. I am sexually active and the symptoms have been occuring since the last time i had sex which was 2 days ago. What is the problem? And how do i cure it?
