What Causes Vaginal Itching With Urination Pain?

Hi my name is karis. Am 20years old. I really don t know my height. But average. I had a vaginal swab and the result is as follows Pus cells: many Epithelial cells: few Trichomonas vaginalis (T.V): nil Candida albicans: present(+) Red blood cells (RBC S): nil *GRAM STAIN: gram positive cocci negative bacilli with candida present *CULTURE: candida spp. Isolated (after 24hrs of incubation) please I need advise on what to do. if possible, the required drugs to arrest this situation because at times my vaginal area gets itchy inside. Plus pains when urinating. Tnx
