What Causes Vaginal Itching?

I had just gotten off my period and no spotting or anything and I had sex for the third time ever and now my vagina is itchy and hurts everywhere mainly the low regin of it, there is no burning or pain when I pee though. But I don t know what s wrong? I have been dealing with this for a day an a half now
