What Causes Vaginal Itching,burning Sensation And Thick White Discharge?

Hi Doctor,im 32, married woman. When i wipe my vagina, i have noticed there are brown particles just like small skin peel offs. Then i had a watery discharge at first. I took medicine and docter asked to put candid pills and some medicines. But still its there. And yesterday i had a white thick discharge and my vagina itches and burns. it is very uncomfortable and when i wipe today i saw some blood on the tissue. Doctor did a culture and it came out normal. I have had unprotected sex with some one . Could this be STD ? Please advice Im very worried.

1. Thick, curdy white discharge with plaques and congestion is candidial infection thus recommended guidelines will be:

. Candid-V3 vaginal pessary (every night for 3 days continously)
. Tablet Fluconazole 150 mg stat.
. Tablet Ciplox-TZ twice daily.
. Ask for blood sugar and HIV test.
