What Causes Vaginal Itching,fever And Nausea?

I treated what I thought was a yeast infection with Monistat 1. When that didn't work I used Monistat 7. That still didn't do anything to help with the vaginal itching. I went to a doctor who prescribed Diflucan. After the second pill I am still experiencing vaginal itching with no discharge. Except now I have been very nauseated (was up late last night vomiting) & feverish since yesterday. I feel so yucky and would like to know what is going on.
