What Causes Vaginal Lip Lumps With A Recurring Cyst?

I was diagnosed with Bartholins Cyst and prescribed two lots of antibiotics. The cyst did go with the antibiotics but then i got a burning sensation and itching. I went back to the doctor and was diagnosed with thrush after a swab was taken. The cyst has returned and now after I tried hot baths I have lots of little white bumps at the entrance to my vagina. Please any suggestions as to what this is?
