What Causes Vaginal Lips Swelling, Pain, Odor With Heavy Period Discharges?

Hi. Well like 3 weeks ago my vagina lips swelled after sex. My bf nutted in me. Okay i thought it was a yeast infection so i got sum medicine. I didn't finish bc it got better. I had sex n i was in so much pain. And after sex it began to smell. A nasty smell. Okay then my period came on. It was so heavy. It was like chunks of stuff was comin out of me. It lasted longer than normal. N i still have the smell now. I don't know what's wrong. I got tested for stds, trick, yeast infection, and bacterial infection. So what could be wrong.
