What Causes Vaginal Lump With A History Of Cervical Cancer?

Hi I was diagnosed with stage 1 cervical cancer in Dec had a radical hysterectomy in Jan (no lymph node involvment), first check in may everything ok and now found small lump inside vagina (quite high in at back). Could this be the cancer returning ???
