What Causes Vaginal Mucus Discharge?

a few weeks ago there was blood+mucus coming out of my vagina. But it is not period since the amount was so small and I had just had period earlier. Today I bleed from the vagina after poop (with a bit of constipation). It's not period and I'm sure it's from the vagina. What should I do? I never have sex before.
