What Causes Vaginal Odor And Discoloration In The Tampon?

hi, ive had a period for 2 weeks now and i started using tampons for the first time a week into my period due to going out for a drink and didnt want to rely on a pad and for a few days after using a tampon ive noticed that when i take the tampon out it starting to smell and there is a light colour of green on the end of the tampon i was wondering if u could help me as i feel embarresed going to the doctors
