What Causes Vaginal Odor With Cramps And Abnormal Diarrhea?

My menstrual period ended almost a week ago but I ve noticed an abnormal odor coming from my vagina the past couple of days and some pressure/ dull cramps resembling menstrual cramps. I ve also experienced abnormal diarrhea along with these other symptoms. I ve been staying hydrated and I have no temperature but I m starting to get concerned because like I said, I m not on my period anymore and I ve never had an issue with odor even during menstruation.
