What Causes Vaginal Odor With Discharges?

My bf and I was going to have sex last night, but when we started we noticed a bad odor and when I went to the restroom I noticed a light pink discharge with a few red clots. What could be the cause of that ? Also we have been having unprotected sex and he may have came inside of me on 6/24 and I haven t had a period for this month.
