What Causes Vaginal Odor With Swelling?

i noticed my vaginal has started to smell really really badly, and its a little swollen. there is no way i could be pregnant but i haven't gotten my period this week yet.. i dont know why it smells so bad all of a sudden i havent had sex in a long time either
