What Causes Vaginal Odor?

I have this odor in my vaginal area. It has a spermy or just had sex smell to it. Its had this smell for about 3 or so months now. The doctor thought i could be pregnant 3 months ago however i took several home tests showing up negative. I was just wondering if this new smell means im pregnant or not?
