What Causes Vaginal Pain Along With Spotting And Nausea Inspite Of No Sexual Activity?
Hello, my question is slightly complex. I have never engaged in intercourse or even come close to being in contact with semen. I am late by two months but experienced spotting about three weeks ago for a period that would last about the same time as a period. I had experienced extreme vaginal pain almost as if knives were inside me and have had nausea after food consumption and currently have obtained too more new symptoms of constipation and hot flashes.....I am only 18 years old, what could this be?

your gastric symptoms can be coincidentally related with menstrual cycle. it can be poly-cystic ovarian syndrome or appendicitis or renal stone or just gastritis with constipation.
you need to go for sonography abdomen to know the exact cause.
