What Causes Vaginal Pain And Bloating Of Stomach?

I have been having lower abdominal pain for some time now, it is in the centre of my abdomin and also on the left side of my abdomin, it also feels as if it is swollen or bloated and i am experiencing discomfort inside the vagina which is sort of like an ache which i have tried to relieve with iboprophen, any ideas what could be causing these symptoms?
