What Causes Vaginal Pain And Burning Urination?

Dr., M having terrible pain in my vagina since some days. It is more when I go for peeing, n this burning sensation is really bad. I am active sexually since a month now. I am not sure whether I have aquired a STD? Lubrication is proper, so this should not be a problem. Could you please let me know your views. The area from where we pee, just above that it pains.
