Hello,

You are suffering from vaginal pain and difficulty during intercourse. If the hymen is yet intact then you may experience such symptom, many women have discomfort or pain the first time they have vaginal intercourse. Once the hymen is broken, its comfortable. To ease the pain and maximize the pleasure of first intercourse, both partners need to take the time to explore one another's bodies and fully arouse each other before penetration.

Before penetration, make sure you are wet. You can use vaginal lubricants for it. Make sure he goes slow. You should help yourself get relaxed so that your vaginal muscles and vulva are wet and relaxed for penetration. After this, if you still feel pain, you need to let your husband know, and he can stop doing what is causing you discomfort.

However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynecologist if your efforts are not working, you may be suffering from vaginismus, vaginismus is treated with physical therapy, vaginal dilators, sex therapy. UTI or PCOS, are treated with antibiotics, analgesics. Take care of your hygiene and do not use public washrooms, etc.

Get all required tests and investigations done so that the pathology causing symptoms are treated at the earliest. Sometimes, one or both of you would not orgasm and at other times, a man's erection might not last long or it might come and go. So both partners should be patient and loving towards each other.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
