Hi,

The itching, swelling, pain &slight white discharge in the vagina you have goes in favour of fungal infection.

It can be sexually transmitted infection(which demands treatment of both sex partners ) or due to genital hygiene (yeast infection). On self-care front-

- follow strict genital hygiene & cleanliness.
-Avoid itching
-Apply over the counter Candid vaginal creme.
-Consult a gynaecologist for oral medication after through genital examination&needful vaginal swab testing to confirm the cause.
-avoid sex till complete cure of both partners.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
