What Causes Vaginal Pain And White Chunk With Blood Discharge Post Mesh Removal Surgery?
Hi, I had vaginal mesh removal surgey 17 days ago, because of some vaginal mesh I got put in some years ago. it has been perforating threw my bladder , causing bad infections, stones and bleeding the last 5 years. but for the last couple of days, I have been having awfull pain, as soon as urine starts to pass threw the tubes and urine are showing lots of white chunky stuff with blood fillets. what is that stuff?? it did not pass the first 2 weeks, but I get in extreme pain when urine pass, and that white bloody stuff passes.It did not start passing more then a few days ago.

Extreme pain during urine pass and white bloody stuff coming in urine are symptoms of utethrits. If i have to treat such a patient i will advice the patient to get her urine tested and urine cultured and sensitivity done. Before the results arrival i will advice tab pyridium three times s dsy tab offloxcin 400mg twice a day and vitamin C 500mg twice a day to make the urine acidicand tab metronidazole 400mg twice a day.. of course plenty of fluids. Rest after the arrival of urinary culture report
