What Causes Vaginal Pain During Intercourse?

My boyfriend and I have been having sex multiple times a day every day for the past two months, with the exception of the time of the month and I have noticed that I have been experiencing pain and what looks like now a really bad burn down there. It is painful when we have sex and when I go to the restroom. Is there anything I can do to make it go away so sex isnt painful anymore?

Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Vaginal pain during intercourse is mostly due to vaginal dryness or less vaginal lubrication. This is a very common problem & arises due to deficiency of estrogen hormone.
Normally, the walls of the vagina stay lubricated with a thin layer of clear fluid. This fluid helps in lubrication of vagina during sex and keeps the lining of the vagina healthy, thick, and elastic.
Vaginal dryness can occur due to medications for Allergy cold and certain antidepressants. Vaginal Douching or wash out the vagina, with a mixture of water and vinegar can cause vaginal dryness too. Lack of enough foreplay before sexual intercourse can also contribute to less vaginal lubrication.
You could try to keep the vagina more lubricated & try using a vaginal moisturizer. You can make intercourse less painful by applying a water-based lubricant.

If problem persist consult a gynaecologist
Hope this information helps
