What Causes Vaginal Pain During Intercourse?

I have been unwell for 5 days now and have been on antibiotics for 2 days, i have started to feel pain in my vagina (at the entrance) Its really painfull, it really hurts during sex and almost feels like razor blades, could you give me an idea of what it could be?
