What Causes Vaginal Pain/irritation After Having Unprotected Sex?

Hello, I recently had unprotected sex for the first time. I was not sexually active before this and I have been noticing a lot of discharge recently and my vagina is irritated and quite painful. I am unable to see my doctor for a week, I m wondering if I can use something off the shelf or if fucidin cream would suffice. Thank you

take tablet atarax 25mg after food twice daily for 3 days..
see how things progress..
continue applying fucidin cream also..
do visit your doctor as early as possible...
