My girlfriend and I have been sexually active for about 9 months and we have had a very intimate and healthy sex life. However as of the last couple months after intercourse she has been experiencing vaginal pain. If I finish inside her it will burn when she pees or even have anything touch her vagina. Other times she is just very sore after sex and it hurts to me. But other times she is fine and feels no pain. As you can understand we are confused and have seen a decrease in our intimacy over the past couple months. What are some recommendations that you have to help with our problem?
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Burning sensation and soreness after intercourse is likely due to the vaginal infection. I would suggest her to get a vaginal swab examination done to confirm the diagnosis and treatment should be done accordingly. She should consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated by vaginal swab and get appropriate treatment. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
