What Causes Vaginal Pain With Slight Bleeding And Urination Burning?

hello, I'm having vaginal pain. I was treated for a yeast infection but it cleared and came back. I'm have slight bleeding but i did miss my birth control pill yesterday. I am sexually active. I always use condoms also. the pain im having is a throbing pain as if growth was occuring, i sometimes having a burning sensation but not after urinating. Any idea of what might be causing this?
