What Causes Vaginal Pain?

My vagina hurts at least I think it's my vagina that's what it feels like anyways when I stand up, suck in, or have to pee it hurts really bad. I am a virgin and I have no idea why it would hurt. I also have little globs of dicharge when I wipe please help!!
