What Causes Vaginal Pains And Urination Burns After Intercourse?

i've had intercourse about a week ago and now i've been having vaginal pains. when the urine comes out it burns and it really hurts. im afraid to tell my mom because when she brings me in to see a doctor they might say that im pregnant! and i can't have that happen. could it be that im pregnant or something else?
