What Causes Vaginal Rigidity With Roughness And Itching?

My vagina feels different then usual, it feels like there is something hard there and it feels very rough and rigid. I am also having itching which I assumed was the cause of a yeast infection, which i took a pill for yesterday. I am mainly concerned about this new rough rigid spot at the front of my vagina.. help?
