What Causes Vaginal Soreness And Discomfort?

Very sore vagina (inside) no pain during urination but a general achiness which is constant. Hurts to lift legs and whilst walking. White watery discharge present at times but not always. Swab tests have come back clear but blood tests have shown I have some infection but doctors are not clear what or where it is
