What Causes Vaginal Soreness, Swelling And Pain With Urination Burning?

hi What does it mean if my vagina is sore and it Burns when I pee? I m. Not having any lower back problems or abdominal pain but its just pain and swollen in one place on my vagina. But I can t take the burning when I pee ....I think I have a utility but I don t. Know for certain I hope it isn t. A STD or something worse...please give me some feedback thanks
