What Causes Vaginal Soreness With Blood After Genital Manipulation?

hi last night i got fingered by this guy who was really rough and it hurt a bit even though i am not a virgin. i woke up today and the area seems really sore to touch and there is a little bit of blood coming out when i wiped it. is this a serious problem? do you know what it might be?
