What Causes Vaginal Spasms While Suffering From Hemorrhoids?
I have had severe hemorrhoids fir a few days... during this time, I had what I can only describe as internal vaginal spasms. And some pain in the lower vulva area. The only relief I could get from the spasms was to engage in intercourse and reach climax. Of course, this didn t help the hennorhoids. Is this possible or could the vaginal spasms be caused by something different.

The vaginal spasms are not related to hemorrhoids. I would recommend a colposcopy and a gynecological examination for further evaluation and treatment. Meanwhile to relieve the spasm you can use Buscopan three tablets a day.
