Hi,

Spotting and slight pink colored discharge can be seen during ovulation and implantation (and that is one when pregnancy is confirmed). Pre-menstrual syndrome is a syndrome occurring before onset of menstruation. Pre-menstrual syndrome is characterised by lower back pain / discomfort, breast tenderness, bloating, water retention etc. Light vaginal discharge can also occur. Wait for the onset of your periods for few days. If the menstrual cycles do not start within few days, you will need to consult a gynecologist for further work up.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
