What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Intercourse During Ovulation?

OBGYN Question what does it mean when your cycle is 30 days and have unprotected sex during your fertile days and have at first light red spotting then followed by dark red mucus that lasted 3days and ended in dark brown mucus and 4 days later a plan b pill was taken. is there a chance I could of gotten pregnant during mid cycle bleeding before I took the plan b?

I have read your description and understand your concern.
Spotting and discharge can occur occasionally after having intercourse. It could be also due to ovulation process or an implantation bleed.
However, if you have taken Plan B after 4 days, then its protection to prevent pregnancy seems to be doubtful. Such emergency contraceptive pills needs to be taken within 72 hours to prevent pregnancy.
Hence, you need to kindly wait and expect periods to happen in time, which would ensure that you are not pregnant.
If your period gets delayed, you need to take a Urine Pregnancy Test and seek medical attention promptly.
