What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Surgical Removal Of A Bladder Mesh?

I have had the last of my female organs removed in 2000. In 2012 I had surgery to remove a bladder mesh implant that imploded in my abdomen. I have been spotting blood ever since. Sometimes I go a day or so without it and other times it is every day. I also get slight cramps at times as well. This just doesn t seem right.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should should rule out infection and injury to vagina or uterus for your daily blood spotting.
Bladder mash removal surgery can injury vagina or uterus.
So better to get done ultrasound examination of abdomen and microscopic examination of spotting.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
