Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You seem to e having HCG injection to simulate your ovaries to ovulate and also produce the female hormones to help the uterus prepare for a possible pregnancy. Dubagest is a progesteron medication which is a female hormone that will also help uterine inner layer mature. It may sometimes cause some spotting and is nothing to worry as long as you take it regularly as advised (daily for the 2 weeks) and you don't have real bleeding.
If you are not using it regularly it might cause bleeding so that is why it is important to take it regularly and also if not just spotting but real bleeding is happening you will need to talk to your doctor. If you are taking HCG your ovaries are getting stimulated to produce the egg and increase the chance for pregnancy. You will need regular follow up with ultrasound to verify that you are ovulating and also a LH urine test for ovulation in the middle of the cycle (between 2 periods).

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards,
Antoneta Zotaj, MD
