Hi I have irregular circle for the past 8 month now I went to the doctor and she advise me to take duphaston for 10 days I have finish already but am having some spotting instead of normal bleeding and I have back pain am bit worry please help me it could be am pregnant or

Duphaston drug is given for irregular bleeding. I do not think you are pregnant since you have vaginal spotting instead of normal menses.
You can clear your doubt by checking urine for pregnancy.
