What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking Unwanted 72?

My girlfriend is due in btw 8th and 10th evry mnth. We had protected sex on 16 and yet due to precautions she took unwanted 72. Today is 30th and from yesterday she is bleeding a little but its not continuous as in periods. Like a little yesterday morning and a little today. I read its kinda normal if the pill is consumed. Hoe many says can it take to stop. Please help. Really urgent.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Vaginal spotting is due to side effect of the Unwanted 72 as it cause breakthrough bleeding.
It is due to progesterone withdrawal effect. It will occur in 50% case after using pill.
It will disappear in 4-5 days.
Next period may be delayed or excessive bleeding will occur.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water and do regualr exercise.
