What Causes Vaginal Spotting After Taking A Morning After Pill?

Hi, I just finished my periods about 5 days ago... However when I was drunk and on my last day of my period I had sex and took a morning after pill days after. Yesterday I saw some blood on my panties... Which didn t make sense because I just finished my period. And this morning the blood is even more heavy and brownish. What could be the problem?
