What Causes Vaginal Spotting Along With Abdominal Cramps And Backache?

So I spotted when my period should have happen. I have slight cramping but not bad in the lower part of my pelvis. My upper and lower back has had a little aches every now and then. I can smell everything way to much to the point that it grosses me out I want to gag. I burp even when I don t eat and have gas and fart more than I use too. I am sometimes hot and some times cold. I cry very easily and I am tired and just want to sleep. My last period was in December 26th and I expected my period on Jan 23rd but I just spotted brown. I don t feel like my self. People keep asking me if I m ok. I don t know why. I pee more than usual and extra moist down there. I took a home pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. What could this all be

In fact, there are many possibilities for your symptoms. There may be low hemoglobin, sugar problem, or endocrine issues like thyroid problems. The lost is quite long. Autoimmune diseases like SLE etc. Sometimes depression and anxiety can cause the same.

So I understand you should see your dr for proper evaluation including a blood test and examination to know about your problem and on time management.
